Simzlink Integration Guide

The primary feature of Simzlink is to lock interactions based on the household's subscription status, the presence and range of an Internet Router on the lot, or if a service disruption is active.

You can easily integrate this functionality into your own interactions using a manifest snippet. Simply generate one through the Tuning Builder.

To add requirements to your interactions, list their IDs under requires_internet, requires_tv, requires_antenna, requires_movies, requires_music. Note: Each interaction should only belong to one category. Non Internet interactions require Internet by default.

Simzlink aims to cover all EA interactions within its core manifest. I recommend not including these interactions in your own manifest to avoid unnecessary injections. If there's an EA interaction you believe should be part of the core manifest, please reach out to me!

You can include this manifest in your main package or provide it as a separate addon. However, players must have Simzlink installed for your addon to work. Please refrain from bundling the full Simzlink mod with your download; instead, link to the official Lot 51 website: https://lot51.cc/mods/simzlink.
