These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (the "Service"), which facilitate the verification of Discord server membership and Patreon supporter status. Additionally, our Service allows users to connect to other applications made by lot51.cc through Single Sign-On (SSO). By registering and using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord and Patreon) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Our Service allows users to connect their Discord and Patreon accounts to verify their membership in a Discord server and/or their Patreon supporter status. Additionally, users can authenticate and connect to other applications made by lot51.cc through Single Sign-On (SSO). We do not control Discord, Patreon, or any third-party services, and we are not responsible for their availability or functionality.

3. Account and Authentication

  • Users can cancel their account at any time by visiting their profile settings. This option is provided in compliance with data privacy laws, ensuring users have control over their personal data.
  • To use our Service, you must authenticate with your Discord and/or Patreon account.
  • Your email address is used as your unique identifier between login services.
  • We only collect and process data necessary for verification purposes.
  • You may also use our Single Sign-On (SSO) system to connect to other applications made by lot51.cc.
  • If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

  • We collect limited information from Discord and Patreon strictly for verification purposes.
  • We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Store or distribute explicit content that exceeds the approved game rating for The Sims 4 and/or violates the EA Positive Play rules.
  • Attempt to bypass, exploit, or manipulate the verification or SSO process.
  • Misrepresent your status on Discord or Patreon.
  • Interfere with or disrupt our Service.

6. Content Guidelines

  • All uploaded content must comply with the approved game rating for The Sims 4 and the EA Positive Play rules.
  • Content must not include explicit sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment, or otherwise offensive material.
  • Uploaded content must respect the rights of others and not infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that, in our sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
  • All content must comply with applicable copyright laws. If you believe your copyrighted material has been uploaded without permission, please refer to our infrigement and copyright policy below.

Ownership of Content

  • Users retain ownership of any custom content they upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership over your custom content.
  • By uploading content, you grant lot51.cc a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display your content as part of the Service.
  • Uploaded content remains subject to Electronic Arts' (EA) mod and custom content policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Your Discord or Patreon account is compromised.
  • We suspect fraudulent activity.
  • We determine, in our sole discretion, that content you have stored or distributed is inappropriate, harmful, or otherwise inconsistent with the values and standards of our Service, while ensuring that no content is removed or restricted based on protected attributes such as race, gender, sexual orientation, or other legally protected characteristics.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Our Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes in Discord, Patreon, or any third-party services.
  • We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Service.
  • We are not responsible for the loss of any content uploaded to the Service. While we will make reasonable efforts to recover data in the event of data loss, users are strongly encouraged to maintain their own backups of content stored on the Service.
  • We do not guarantee that content will be available on the Service in perpetuity. We reserve the right to close the site at any time, but we may provide notice and the ability to export data if feasible at that time.

9. Infringement and Copyright Notice

      A statement that the information in the notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We will review your submission and take appropriate action, including removing infringing content when necessary.

  2. Counter Notice

    If you believe that your content was removed in error or that you have the right to use the content in question, you may submit a counter-notice to https://lot51.cc/contact within 10 business days. The counter-notice should include:

    • A description of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
    • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
    • Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
    • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the court in the district where you reside, or if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the court where the Service is located.

    Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content, provided the original complainant does not initiate legal action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
