The nightly rate of each Guest Room will be calculated based on the total value of the objects in the room. All charged up front. You can view the price of each room before making your choice.

There are currently no limits to the number of Guest Rooms that can be created, however this mod was built with 3-4 rooms in mind. Each room has an NPC Auto Booking setting that can allow you to create more rooms for looks but only allow them to be booked by players. (You can also control the Minimum Vacancy of the entire hotel in Hotel Settings).

The game's sim cap will be padded on Hotel venues to ensure all guests and staff can be spawned, however you may experience simulation lag when pushing the original limits of the game.

I highly recommend you do not use Speed 3 or the time jump cheat during your stay. When all guests are asleep, Super Speed 3 can still be triggered and is safe to use.

Housekeeping

• Staff will make daily rounds to clean up rooms each morning.
• Click on your Guest Room door and enable Do Not Disturb if you would like to opt-out of daily cleaning.
• You can otherwise request housekeeping at any time during the day from your Guest Room door.

Maintenance

• If an object breaks in your room or common area, call Maintenance from your Guest Room door or phone. Staff will be on-call 24 hours a day.

VIP Rooms

• Mark a room as VIP to limit access to only Celebrities (Get Famous EP) or Preferred Guests (Paradiso Reward).

Make New Friends

• Use the Actions menu on a Sim to Give Room Key and allow access, or Ask To Leave and revoke access.

Book a Room for Friends and Family! 

• Click on any available room and invite a sim, solo or with their friends and family. Depending on the Guest Filter you select, additional Sims will be invited based on the available beds in the room and their relationship status with the primary invited Sim.

Claim an Additional Suite for other Sims in your travel group. 

• You can give full access to everyone in your party, or just the Sims assigned to the room and knock on the door otherwise. You can also Manage Assigned Sims to move them around.
• You will be charged the daily rate by the total remaining days of your vacation upon confirmation. This is non-refundable if you decide to Release the Room Early.
• If you are checked into multiple rooms, when you Upgrade to a Room you will be asked which room to upgrade.

Connect multiple Guest Suites with a Shared Door!

• This new door type will exclude the door from room searching so they stay "physically separated".
• Any guest who has access to either suite will be able to traverse through any door in any of the suites due to the game's default routing behavior. However, sims will only autonomously use objects in a suite they've been specifically given a key to.
• You may have multiple shared doors connecting between two suites, but please do not connect more than two suites together at this time or I'll be seeing you at 3 o'clock.

Soak It In

• If your hotel offers a pool or hot tub, the open hours are from 6am to 10pm. Sims with a 3+ Mischief Skill can sneak in after hours but make sure they don't get caught. Get too many strikes for bad behavior and Concierge may kick your group out of the hotel entirely. Offer the 24-Hour Pool & Hot Tub perk to keep it open all day and night. Hot tubs inside guest rooms should be unaffected by opening hours.
• NPC guests will have certain interactions available to them autonomously that they usually wouldn't outside of Hotels, like suntanning! This list will grow over time to make sure your Hotel feels alive with all of your DLC.

If you have the For Rent EP you can Eavesdrop on other Guests' doors. If you've been invited in or you're an Owner you can Snoop around their rooms for secrets.
